JIMMY BLU’S

This monochromatic work reimagines Earthworm Jim, the cult-classic Sega-era character, through an all-blue palette that strips the figure down to energy, motion, and attitude. By limiting color, the piece shifts focus from literal reference to form and expression—allowing nostalgia to register as mood rather than memory alone.

Executed in acrylic and sealed with a high-gloss resin finish, the surface enhances depth and saturation, giving the character a sculptural presence despite its compact scale. The result is a focused, contemporary homage that feels playful, stylized, and intentional.
